My primary responsibility is to conceptualizes, evaluates, implement information technology strategies, plans, and priorities for a corporate wide information technology program and telephone system; streamline the daily operation to ensure it has aligns with the business objectives of the organization. Maintain all infrastructure support, 100+ servers, several WAN connections, telecommunications, budget management, disaster recovery, develop, and manage end-users support to attain all IT service level agreements for the users’ community within the organization.

Recommend long-range and short-range plans to the Executive Management team by being thoroughly familiar with rapid changes in the information technology environment and tailoring those new technologies.
Negotiate contracts, vendor management, and design all operational activities, as well as provide direction and support for IT solutions of mission-critical business operations. I work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
