Currently, Bill serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Atlantis WeatherGear, an outdoor apparel brand serving the marine market. In reviving this storied but lately dormant brand, Bill's marketing initiatives have quickly reestablished Atlantis as a key player in the performance sailing apparel space and driven brand awareness and purchase intent to unprecedented levels in just 18 months.
Prior to Atlantis, Bill led the turnaround of Hill Holliday Interactive while establishing a national reputation for combining creativity and new technology to drive business success. Bill also led the repositioning and relaunch of the Tyco brand after the company was rocked by scandal.
As EVP Marketing at Bullhorn, Bill helped re-engineer the company’s business model and go-to-market strategy, develop a new product offering and sell the company’s value proposition to the venture community.
Bill also helped grow Hill, Holliday’s technology practice establishing it as one of the top technology agencies in the country. He was the founder of the agency’s online media group, and he was one of the original members of the 4A’s Interactive Marketing and New Media Committee. For his work in technology marketing, Bill was named one of the top 10 “Best and Brightest Media Strategists” by Business Marketing and Advertising Age magazines.
