Oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Global Services Outsourcing division, managed approximately 20 senior level engineers, designed or approved network designs for new customers.
- Designed and installed a core network of new Cisco 7507 routers, Catalyst 5509/3500 switches, and Check Point firewalls to build out a new data center used to outsource E-commerce web sites.
- Designed and implemented an expanded HP OpenView framework of monitoring utilities, including: HP IT/Operations, HP ManageX, HP NetMetrix, Perfmon, MeasureWare, Service Reporter, Network Node Manager, and CiscoWorks 2000
- Designed a large-scale solution for the Uniform Code Council that would potentially become the world’s largest extranet supporting thousands of VPN and SSL connections over the internet
