Implement & maintain necessary structures & tools allowing accurate & timely management of data related to the Management of the Area

Coordinate and handle the follow-up of the consultants, coaching, evaluations and career-planning
Responsible for coordinating, advertising, CV screening & interviewing for the vacancies, provide a professional and comprehensive day to day HR support service
Training preparation and organization
Monitoring of commercial trends and competitor’s activity in order to stay up-to-date with the market and new developments.
Responsible for the “outsourcing project Call-desk ” for the Fortisbank and ING Contact Center.
