we are reps for a wonderful telecom company.
Not only have we been able to begin to change our loves but we area helping others do the same. Are you tired of the corporate world? worrying about that pink slip? Need that back up plan?
Well, this is a beautiful place to make that happen.
We have met SO many amazing people who have changed their lives and now have Financial independence!!
We will never go back to having to live paycheck to paycheck!
We don't want that worry of that pink slip. or no time for that vacation.
Who wants to work for 40 years and end up with very little. when you can work for 5 or so years and be VERY well off....

Duties included daily operations of payroll, training ( including 100% compliance in CBL training), hiring procedures, ( including interviewing, background checks, drug testing, and sat in on final interview decisions), new hire orientations including all neccesary paperwork involved, all aspects of benefits, associate relations, assisted the manager in overseeing job duties for the sales floor. Team leader of the Safety team and OSHA,
I was part of the team who set up 4 new stores in CA. Including the hiring process, orientation, trainng, and grand opening events.

Also was the district trainer for our district. Conducted HR audits for our stores, traveled to problem stores to bring them up to compliance.
Worked directly with several DM's including Mike Gilium, and Quint (RIP, I still miss you)...

I also took on duties as the district secretary in the Modesto market.
