I am an Attorney/CPA with a Masters in Tax Law. i am a Attorney and CPA with A Masters in Tax Law. I own a law firm in NYC practicing Real Estate, Tax and Bankruptcy Law. My Law Firm specializes and restructuring companies with tax debt and doing Real Estate workouts. We negotiate with the Banks and do creative workouts for our clients. I am also a Director of an Investment Banking firm in NYC. We buying companies for our own portfolio as well as provide financing and consulting services to other companies. Recently, we completed a major coal acquisition in Kentucky and rollup with will be taking the company public. We will look at existing companies with strong cash flow in the following industries: Oil, Gas, Coal, Retail, Aviation. We also provide equity and debt for Commercial Real Estate Transactions and are currently looking at: - Hotels - Casinos - Office Buildings i am also the Treasurer of my Condo and we are currently doing major renovations using a line of credit I helped secure. I own investment properties in NYC and Long Island on the water.
