JCB is the 4th international credit card brand worldwide and the number 2 in Asia, with 60 mio cardholders and active in 190 countries. My activities in the Amsterdam (Benelux) branch included a.o.:
- Strategy development and partnership management: develop and execute a new strategy for entering new business (NFC/RFID mobile payments). All in co-operation with top-partners like, NXP, Nokia, KPN, Gemalto, ViVOtech and others;
- Initiator, driver and project manager in NFC contactless mobile payment project ("Mobile J/Speedy"); 100 pilot users. Europe's first international mobile credit card payment scheme;
- System & operational management (EMV, SEPA, E-Commerce);
- Managerial tasks; steer and direct team of 2 sales managers and 1 management assistant. Result: increased sales by 5%;
- Personnel management (recruitment, training, management).

- Developed group roadmap and strategy for new telco services;
- Co-responsible for KPN Mobile Group’s music strategy (ringtones, music download, content providers, etc.). As a result, KPN obtained a new market image and the company was able to enter new markets;
- Planned, directed and co-ordinated activities of designated projects ensuring those aims, goals or objectives were accomplished.
