Started as a Consultant with RQA Ltd in 1995 as Principal Consultant. Bought into the Company on the death of Roger Quinton. Set up Amwell Consultancy and Training Ltd (ACT) in 1998 with my wife, Christine, as co-Director. ACT specialises in interim management and consultancy work in leisure, culture, education, HR and regeneration.
Currently working as an interim manager although still undertaking consultancy work when the project interests me. My previous assignment was as Service Director - Cultural Services with Nottinghamshire County Council. Next assignment is as Assistant Director: Strategic Housing and Renewal with the LB Camden.
