Paul Tracy owns a video production company, Envision Productions, specializing in event, commercial and corporate videography, post production services, legal videography, real estate, web page design, film to video transfers, international video format conversion, DVD authoring and creation, graphics, 3D computer animation and podcasting creation.

At the same time Paul has served at NewSong Church (nka Mosaic) in Rochester, NY as Multimedia Coordinator since 2000. He has coordinated the visual presentations of graphics for worship and sermon, and he has preserved on video many services and arts performances. He has also videotaped and created all of PUSH Physical Theatre's promotional videos and web clips. Paul was Monroe Community College's audiovisual specialist for projection technology, Smart Classrooms and all audiovisual equipment at the campus, and taught various computer graphics and audiovisual courses at MCC between 2000 and 2007. He also teaches 3D classes at Animatus Studio as part of their Animation Workshop series. In his most recent work field, Paul is the Videoconferencing Coordinator for The Presentation Source.

Paul has been a member of the Rochester AudioVisual Association for over 12 years and has served as their Membership Chair, Webmaster, Vice President, and President. He has been serving as a Section Manager for the local SMPTE chapter until recently. He co-founded Rochester Video Professionals, which serves the Rochester videography market by enhancing the skills of people that own video companies.

In his spare time he supports the arts in Rochester as a past member of the Rochester Oratorio Society and many dance organizations. He enjoys podcasting, geocaching with his wife, and alpacas.
