Bob Tschannen-Moran

Bob Tschannen-Moran, IAC-CC, is President of LifeTrek Coaching International and co-founder of the Evocative Coach Training Program in K-12 schools. Bob received an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, a Master of Divinity degree from Yale University, coach training from Coach U, CoachVille, FastTrack Coaching Academy, and Wellcoaches Corporation, Appreciative Inquiry training from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences, and communication training from the Center for Nonviolent Communication. Bob is the 2010 President of the International Association of Coaching (IAC). Bob is certified by both the IAC (IAC-CC) and Wellcoaches Corporation (CWC). By using a variety of strengths-based approaches, Bob has assisted many individuals and organizations, including schools, congregations, and corporations, to build positive relationships and to achieve positive results. As a prolific and popular author, Bob has co-authored two books (Evocative Coaching: Transforming Schools One Conversation at a Time and a Coaching Psychology Manual), book chapters, articles, as well as a weekly electronic newsletter, LifeTrek Provisions, with some 20,000 subscribers in 152 countries. Before founding LifeTrek in 1998, Bob served as a United Church of Christ pastor for 20 years. Bob is married to Megan, his life and business partner, with two grown children (Bryn, Evan) and daughter-in-law Michelle.
