• Launched and directed 2 additional independent companies under the Sempac umbrella:
– Paraco, Inc.: Founded corporation providing coated papers to industrial users. Led continuous launch of innovative products by identifying under-served market niches and simplifying competitors’ high-cost products. Subsequently absorbed Paraco into Sempac as a key component of diversification/growth strategy.
– Semflight, Inc.: Initiated private aviation company and used its services extensively to create a highly efficient and cost-effective travel capability for Sempac senior executives and sales force. Marketed flight services to other small businesses.
