I have experience and great interest in working with individuals and couples who are feeling blocked from the life or relationships they want. I offer a supportive, encouraging, goal-oriented approach with consideration given to mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Patterns and symptoms on the physical level might also be explored as possible clues to imbalance or unmet needs. My approach has been described by clients as compassionate, intuitive, creative, and practical. I am trained in Lifespan Integration, am a Level II EMDR practitioner, and have experience in 12 Step recovery work, grief and loss issues, and family of origin work.
