Professional Summary

I started my career with Lightyear Entertainment as an intern in 1999
Through hard work, dedication and struggle I have moved up the ladder a few notches
My main job focus is Independent Radio & Retail, Promotions and Urban A&R
I can honestly say that if you don't love what your doing; that your doing the wrong thing.

My ever loving passion for good music is what keeps me in this business.
My introduction to music was Gospel, Every Sunday I remember the house blaring with the sounds of Shirley Caesar, James Cleveland,Mahalia Jackson and such, I grew up raised by a single mom and a part time Dad, I used to refer to my family as the Hood Brady's (Three Boys & Three Girls) but with a lot of love and a strong figure that my mother was it kept us on a almost steady path. She made sure we were well grounded with Music.
I went from the a typical Flute in school to Drums, Piano,Trumpet, even Tenor Sax, I also sang in the church choir.
The only other type of music I was allowed to listen to came via an AM Radio (classic Rock,Soft Rock, AC)
I was introduced to R&B, Soul, Funk and the Blues later in life when mom would leave us with Dad for the weekends, wow! a taste of reality.
during my teenage years, I became a rebel, I started to live the "Hip-Hop" lifestyle to the fullest
I would sneak off to the Jams and see "Cold Crush Brothers, Furious 5, Busy Bee & Love Bug Starski, Grand Wizard Theodore, Master Don, Crash Crew, Jazzy 5, Treacherous 3,Force Mc's, etc and from that moment I knew I wanted In, I begin to write rhymes while listening to tapes from The Tape Master, I actually wanted to be a Grand Master myself so I ridged a Turntable with Phonograph component and would cut with the Aux switch,My first vinyl singles I brought were Frisco Disco (Rainbow colored) I also got into The Electric Boogie dance movement we would compete at talent shows all through out New York where it landed us in the movie "Wild Style" from that came an ultimate super group comprised of my friends Mr. Wiggles, Fable, Jim Ski,My Cousin LT Sloan, and Ex Members from Electric Force Lil Sput and Markie Mark would form The Electric Company which like all good things, came to end (for some) Mr. Wiggles and Fable went on and appeared in "Beat Street" "Krush Groove" and I lost my love for dance, I begin honing my rap skills and joined the Fascinating Fource crew. we like most rap groups in the eighties were hungry to be on without any real knowledge of the music business signed to SELECT RECORDS and released our first single "Get Stupid" b/w "We Are The Ones"(Early Hip-Hop/Reggae) then "Do My Thing" b/w (which we shot our own video for but used the sample as Brand Nubian's "Feel So Good" & "Doing The Bang" (which became the lead song in the movie "Whore") we also released a song on The Martin Lawrence Movie "Talkin Dirty After Dark" soundtrack "Uptown Thing" featuring Whistle & Rahiem from the Boogie Boys.
Soon after the group found ourselves growing up and apart, I started producing more, I started working with artist Like L-Bigger, Big Nock, Adonis and WIKED (female) which appears on the intro to "Harlem World"
while working a job in a store in Harlem, I ran into Old Dirty Bastard and played a song for him, which landed me on a classic Platinum album. The song was supposed to be a remix for "Brooklyn Zoo" but Busta Rhymes did a no show thus sending Russell Jones in the booth for a incredible session, I went on to Co Manage a Retail store "Da One & Two"-and "Reggae Hip-Hop Universe" spent a year at "Virgin Mega-Store" afterwards Engineered at Power Moves Recordings - Left there and begin Interning at Lightyear Entertainment where I met & produced a song for Sean Gemini "Mary Jane from the album "Inner Me" currently still doing It for LY as a Director, Retail & Radio also Urban A&R
