Founding President and CEO of Bank2 and banker for over 35 years. Also serves as a director of The Bankers Bank, GiANT Experiences, Whisper of Hope, and a member of The Domino Project Street Team. He currently serves on the Business Advisory Board for Compassion International, the Oklahoma State Leader for the ABA Grassroots Committee and serves as Director of the National Bankers Association. Hill has successfully turned 3 banks around from near failure to become successful community banks. Generally speaking banks run by Hill are characterized with clean loan portfolio's, strong performance numbers, outstanding customer service and care for the employees. Hill speaks nationally, writes a daily blog, is currently writing his first book, acts as a business consultant for a number of start up companies and for companies making a move to the next level. Hill is also active in a number of Christian projects around the globe. Currently mentoring about 20 young business leaders in Colombia, Dominican Republic and Uganda.
