Performing Business Analyst role onsite at Charter Communications in ST. Louis. First assignment will be to document requirements to replace existing Charter.com with new back-end software platform for entire website.

• Managed small project deliverables upgrading legacy pharmacy back-end application to support new DoD contract going live November 2009. This project was in warranty period.
• Led the startup of imaging reporting metrics project through the initiation and planning phases. Project was suspended for lack of funding and priority shift to other projects.

o Apply Online – saved $50,000 in operation costs and reduced FTE count by 4 by replacing HTML based online application with new Adobe Lifecycle forms based application – delivered on-time and within budget.
o Cactus Credentialing software – reduced operating costs by $ 100,000 and replaced FTE’s by 3 by replacing legacy “green screen” application with Windows based credentialing program using Oracle database on backend.
o Server Virtualization Project – successfully managed infrastructure project to replace 25 servers supporting 100+ applications. Standardized technology stack by modifying specific applications to support new VMWare environments using Java, Oracle, and Tomcat. Less total cost of ownership by standardizing applications and environments.

o EDI Online – deployed an external facing web application designed to allow providers to submit batch 837 claim files to Magellan for pre-edit prior to submitting for processing. Once all edits were satisfied, files were integrated to the backend processing systems for payment.
