Richard T. Cooke, for the past 14 years has been the Managing Director of Avanti Advisors LLC, a Management Consulting Firm specializing in Product Development and Marketing. He spent 25 years on Wall Street as an Institutional Fixed Income Salesman with Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and Paine Webber. He was an Executive Vice President and Head of Taxable Fixed Income at Dean Witter and a Senior Vice President and Global Sales Manager for UBS Securities (Union Bank of Switzerland), which is one of the largest Securities Firms in the World. For the 5 years prior to creating Avanti Advisors, Dick worked as an independent consultant representing diverse Emerging Market Clients including the Government of Mexico. Dick is presently a Managing Director of four companies, two involved in the Health Care Field, one in the Oil and Gas Business and one in International Product Development. 1. Avanti Marketing, which has exclusive distribution rights east of the Mississippi for Transformation Enzyme Corp. products and BioDezyne Wellness Centers. This allows Dick to spend a great deal of his time helping introduce business systems to Health Professionals and Business Owners. Teaching them to build a substantial retail business developing ongoing customer loyalty and a large referral business coupled with helping create long-term value for the business owner. 2. Evergreen Health Solutions is a distribution company for Health Evaluation Equipment, and 3. LCP Oil and Gas Interests, which develops and markets Oil and Gas Properties. 4. Representing a diverse group of National and International Companies developing their businesses and product distribution. Dick is a Director of both the Transformation Group and Smart SMS Corp. He is a member of the New York Yacht Club, the Black Rock Yacht Club, Doubles Club, the U.S. Polo Association, the U.S. Sailing Association and the Quest 400, a group of the 400 most influential Americans. Dick is married, has 4 children ranging in ages from 32-12 years old, and lives in Fairfield, CT.
