Free Hugs 4 Us is a nonprofit training company dedicated to making a difference by providing personal growth opportunities for individuals and families through no and low cost seminars. We design, facilitate, and sponsor seminars, workshops, and retreats, as well as providing scholarships to existing seminars around the country. Our vision is to make personal growth and self-improvement tools accessable to ANYONE with the desire to live a more passionate, exciting, life!
