My business partner, Jay Aamodt, and I focus on the Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County real estate markets in Southeast Florida with an emphasis on luxury residential, income properties (hotels and apartment complexes) and developer bulk sales. We recently closed the sale of the home of Wayne and Marti Huizenga-owners of The Miami Dolphins football team (the home's list price was $17.2 million). We also successfully market the master planned waterfront and golf course homesites & residences of The Rarity Communities of Eastern Tennessee (RareTennessee.com coming soon), having closed in excess of $10,000,000 of their homesites since Summer of 2008.

Joe Price is in Indianapolis with his family to cheer his old high school's football team to the Indiana State 3A Championship at Lucas Oil Stadium (The Colts home field).
