As a consultant and project and interim-manager I have more than 15 years experience in non-profiorganizations such like Public Safety (control rooms and the fire departments) and Healthcare. Especially developmenttrajects in process- and quality management and ICT redesign.
My viewpoint is that a holistic approach is a necessity. Today organizations are very complex and dynamic. This means that it is impossible to be succcesful without a profound basis and a good transparant structure.
My goals are to create, together with the organization and it's employees, a transparant, flexible and good functioning professional organization.

As projectmanager I am responsible for the ICT merger of 2 public safety controlrooms (Police and MBA). The project is divided in 4 subprojects:
- Technical infrastructure (Main Equipment Room (MER), internal and external connections, security and airconditioning) of the control roombuilding (MICK)
- Telecom infrastructure (7 different systems, like Arbi, C2000, etc.)
- Furnishing the control room ICT technically;
- Furnishing the MER with systems, etc.
