Worked with colleagues on the planning, managing and development of new Athletic facilities a 96,000 Sports and Fitness Center, an olympic sized swimming pool, 6 new tennis courts, a new softball field, a new baseball stadium, a community swimming pool and two new fields.

From 1993 to now I've coached the men's soccer team,18 consecutive winning seasons, 7 SCIAC titles and 3 NCAA championships appearances one resulted in an NCAA National 7th place finish.I have worked with the NCAA as the chair of the Western Region championship committee and as a member of the Western Region Ranking committee. In addition I have worked with the NSCAA on the ranking committee

While at CLU I have coached the women's soccer team from 1993-2005. The team earned 11 SCIAC titles and 8 trips to the NCAA championships during that time. I have worked as the Chair of the NSCAA Far West All American selection committee and on the NSCAA ranking committee. I was honored three times as the NSCAA West region coach of the year.
