Mediator, Executive Coach and Trainer

Since 1994, I have been a full-time mediator, trainer and executive coach, successfully mediating over 1,700 matters. I am on the mediation panels of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and a Distinguished Fellow with the International Academy Mediators, a Diplomat with the California and National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and was named by the Daily Journal, California's legal newspaper, as one of the Top 40 Neutrals in California in 2008, and one of the top 50 in 2009. As a trainer, I have taught in India, Australia, Amsterdam and Dubai, and have had groups of judges and mediators from Croatia and The Kingdom of Jordan travel to the United States to train with me here. I left my position as Director of Pepperdine Law School's top ranked "Mediating the Litigated Case" program, and I do other work providing in-house training and facilitated workshops in the private and non-profit sectors, with focus on negotiation, leadership development, conflict resolution and building deeper client relationships. I also enjoy my work as an executive leadership coach. I work with executives and top teams in building stronger client relationships and becoming trusted advisers to their clients, and in building leadership capacity.
