Marketed and support memberships to over 160 Catholic agencies, 40 institutions, and over 3000 individual members engaged in a mission to support families, reduce poverty and build communities. Responsible for almost 2 million in revenue. Coordinated Combined Federal Campaign application, $1 million in pledges and $600,000 in disbursement to member agencies. Marketed programs to network through conference attendance, website, newsletters and organization magazine. Liaison to network of primary stakeholders (Diocesan Directors) for their annual gathering, welcomed new directors, created new director conference, maintained web pages for directors and created engage strategies on national issues of concern.

Served as a Program Instructor for the Washington High School Program, then moved to the marketing department as Outreach Coordinator for the Citizen Bee, and Outreach Manager for the Washington High School program. After 4 years, was promoted to Outreach Manager and trained and supervised 5-7 coordinators each year in their interactions with 25 communities. In addition, I participated in leadership teams, inauguration teams and coordinating important volunteer recognition events.
