I am an experienced consulting professional with demonstrated success in building client relationships, establishing project strategy and deliverables; developing and delivering solutions; managing project resources and delivery teams. My skills include all aspects of engagement management including business development, strategic planning and project execution utilizing project management as a discipline. I am energetic, hardworking and resourceful. I bring structure, process improvement and mentoring to all engagements. I have managed custom and commercial software implementation projects. I have also participated in Business Development activities including proposal planning and preparation; design of development methodologies, budget formulation and analysis, research and analysis, and organizational management. I have managed some projects from inception to completion. Other projects were assumed with existing challenges - missed deadlines, poorly defined deliverables, etc. On these projects I re-established order and focus. I have enjoyed both types of experiences

I believe IT Projects can and should provide a 'positive' project experience for the participants and clients. I believe technology when applied in the right way at the right time can create more productive and profitable work environments.

My best feature is my smile

The things I usually do on weekends are filled with volunteer work, socializing with family and friends and spending time relaxing and reading.

The thing that makes me laugh are cute puppies and babies, other people laughing and enjoying life
