Espen was previously a Director with Capgemini Consulting. Over 10 years with Ernst & Young Consulting and Capgemini Consulting, he served clients in Scandinavia and Europe on a wide range of issues, working out of the Scandinavian and Paris offices. During his last four years, Espen led The Global Capgemini Consulting University outside of Paris.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young Consulting, Espen worked with Promentor Management and Senese & Depuis Associates, both Scandinavian based advisory services companies. Espen is Norwegian and holds a Master of Science in Strategy and a Master of Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management. Espen is memeber of the boards of Flåtten Invest, ET-Invest and VestCap.
