Reporting to the Chairman & CEO of Crescendas Group owning company of Aqueen Hotels Pte Ltd and The Arena Country Club in Singapore. Heading the Hotel Division of the group. Overall responsible for the setting up and management of the chain of mid-tier business hotels in Singapore. Existing 5 with an average of 100+ rooms per property in Singapore and a 200 rooms hotel in Laos. Targeting 1000 rooms inventory for the year 2009. During the pre-opening period take an active role in setting up the hotel administration and operation including manuals and policy & procedure, positioning, Business Plan, etc. Work very closely with consultant on the branding of the group. Take an action role in the design and layout of the hotel with the respective designers and consultants.
