Responsible for management of conservation programs for Ducks Unlimited's Pacific Flyway Western Regional Office, the 10 western states. Also assisted with major gift fundraising, volunteer relations, public policy work, etc. Based out of Sacramento, CA area.

U S Fish and Wildlfie Service / Manager, ND Private Lands Program

1987 - 2000

Developed and implemented the Fish and Wildlife Service's first operation private lands program, which eventually evolved into the national Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program. Worked with landowners to implement habitat projects on private lands, and worked with policy personnel to institutionalize this popular program.

ND Game and FIsh / Chief, Wildlife Division

1990 - 1994

Responsible for management of North Dakota's State Wildlife Management Areas, wildlife management programs, hunting policies, surveys and establishment of hunting seasons. Much time devoted to working with the public regarding wildlife management issues. Managed budget and staff of largest division at ND Game and Fish.
