Professional Summary

Following 34 years in the Royal Marines, others and I established an innovative charity called C-FAR, helping young adult offenders to stop offending. Owing to difficulties in accessing sufficient CJS funding, in April 2005 the charity was placed into voluntary liquidation. Since then, colleagues and I (Theresa Owens and Steve Caddy) have established another not for profit company, Life Change UK, providing unique training to others working with challenging behaviour. The programme is available both on line and for face to face delivery.

I am married and live in Exeter.
