As a project lead of international products, I led the internationalization SDLC development efforts from project conception to customer satisfaction. This effort involved authoring project proposals, hiring and supervising technical staff and product implementation and test efforts. As a subject matter expert, I was frequently called upon to resolve complex customer site issues that involved multiple vendors. As such, I have an affinity to communicate effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization. I speak fluent Spanish and personally directed and conducted on-site testing with NTT in Japan and BT in England.
