Prepared and controlled $125 M annual operating budgets. Directed the closure of the site.
• Maintained continuity of supply for the cash cow product line. Produced 10% extra revenue beyond plan of $300 M.
• Negotiated a collective labor agreement saving $12 M in severance costs; while meeting the expectations of the loyal workforce.
• Managed complex supply chain (>100 material supply streams). Limited left over materials to less than ½ percent.
