My name is Karen Farrell. I was born in Delaware and lived in Ocean City, Maryland before moving to Florida. My husband, Pat and I, have been married for 34 years. We have 2 married children and 3 grandchildren.
Our daughter, Jaime and her husband, Ken live in Cleveland, Tennessee with our granddaughters, Lada and Rillian and our grandson, Axl. Ken is a building contractor, owning Alderman Homes and Jaime is a very successful Realtor. Our son Jordan and his wife, Barbara are Realtors in Ocean City, Maryland. They both deal in high end properties and are doing quite well also. I feel quite blessed to have such great kids.
Previous to beginning my Real Estate Career, I owned my own business, Residential Design Services. I designed beautiful, custom homes for 18 years in Maryland. I was very involved in the building industry and Real Estate at that time. I enjoyed working with people in the design process and watching their dream home come to fruition. My background is very beneficial to my Real Estate Career and I work very hard to ensure a smooth and successful Real Estate experience.
