n November 2009, Tim founded The Grable Group. Our philosophy is to grow as the needs of our clients grow in the world of agency representation. We grow with our clients – not at the expense of or detriment to our clientele. Our company does not grow by signing as many clients as possible but rather by keeping a limited number of clients and developing those relationships with an individual mindset. Keeping our client roster small allows us to know our clients deeply and develop personal relationships with and for them. We represent only clients we fully believe in and just as fully want to devote ourselves to. Our goal is to develop and maintain lasting relationships with our clients.
In 2001, Tim founded the Nashville Speakers Bureau which has earned the Music City Future 50 award. As President of the Nashville Agency, Tim utilizes his expertise in acquiring and developing endorsements, film and television and licensing opportunities. He is a licensed agent for The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA.) In addition, he recently became one of twenty people to become certified by the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association (LIMA.)

The Nashville Agency is a full-service representation agency, which exists to serve the interests of our diverse roster of persons and personalities. The Nashville Agency offers hands-on and consulting services in the areas of literary rights; film, television and radio rights; video production and licensing; corporate consulting; event marketing, sponsorship; property representation; and more. The Nashville Agency also works with corporations, associations, advertising agencies, public relations firms, media outlets and event organizers to engage athletes and celebrities for endorsements, promotional campaigns, casting calls, community outreach events and other activities.

This award was initiated as a way to identify and recognize the 50 fastest-growing small businesses in the Nashville area. As President of the Nashville Agency, Tim utilizes his expertise in acquiring and developing endorsements, film and television and licensing opportunities.
