John Palladino, has over 30 years of global experience in directing operating and financial-based initiatives in support of key business strategies. John’s breadth of experience encompasses strategic business planning, operational reviews, process improvement plans and implementation, customer relationships management, mergers/acquisitions, deal structuring and negotiations.

John was educated at the University of Colorado - Boulder receiving his BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. John spent seven years with the “Big Four” accounting firms specializing in International Tax Planning and Mergers and Acquisition Tax planning. He then spent eleven years within publicly-traded companies in Senior Financial management roles, eight of those years with Storage Technology Corporation in Louisville Colorado. John served as CFO of two start-up/turnaround firms during the next twelve years.

John served on Former Governor Bill Owens Western Colorado Technology Summit team as Co-Chairman of the May 2001 Summit. He was Past Vice Chair of the Executive Committee of AeA, and Past Chair of the Government Relations Committee of the AeA. John also serves as Past Chairman of the Colorado Software Association and the Rocky Mountain Association of International Taxation.
