Started in 1985 at Online Software as a Systems Trainer in CICS and RAMIS. Moved to PaineWebber (now UBS) in 1987 and maintained an rewrote Govt's, Corporates and Muni's trading systems. Moved to JPMorgan in 1991 and helped implement STARS (Securities Trading Accounting and Reporting System). Moved to Merrill Lynch in 1993 to help build middleware. Merrill funded New Era of Networks in 1995 and moved there. Became Chief Architect of New Era of Networks (NEON) and helped establish Finance division before moving to start EMEA for NEON. Returned in 1997 to help establish Commercial sector. In 2000 started an Integration company called Global Integration Technology (Glintech) servicing the Financial Services Industry. Focused on Advisory and Integration work throughout North America and Australia. In 2005 moved to TIBCO Software as the CTO for Financial Services. Currently working as an Enterprise SOA consultant.
