Partner Wholesale Material Supply 1989-1999
Management of product based business replacing non-functioning key personnel. Implemented new systems, reporting processes and controls to increase cash flow, revenue and sales, including marketing strategies and sales campaigns.
Achievements:
Implemented min/max inventory control for all divisions. Improved inventory control, resulting in greater customer satisfaction, reorders and sales. Worked in conjunction with Purchasing to increase profits through reducing costs and establishing strategic alliances with vendors.

All outside specifications supply and contacts for commercial projects supplied. Design assistance to Architects for masonry projects we had specified and supplied. Timely delivery of material to projects throughout the United States, requiring continuous coordination over several months to several years. Set and maintained stock levels and integrity for product supplied to projects. Presented training to design professionals for the use of masonry panels in a commercial application. Maintained a working relationship with manufacturers and continually worked to achieve custom design implementation.
