Wolf Property Service (WPS) is a boutique accounting firm that specializes in two primary cost centers, Florida Sales Tax Recovery and Telecom Expense Management (TEM).

Wolf specializes in Florida legislation with regard to the tax exempt status of utilities for the tenants of commercial office buildings and enclosed malls. We work with the CFO’s and heads of accounting for the top 20 Florida property management companies and commercial property landlords to coordinate and execute on the recoveries of excess sales tax paid by the tenants due to Florida legislation that states utilities are not a taxable component of rent.

C3 is a Telecom Expense Management (TEM) firm that provides independent, contingency-based telecom expense management auditing for enterprise businesses with monthly telecom billing expenses of $20,000 or more. We audit billings and contracts, identify cost savings, uncover billing errors and help our clients recover savings from their telecommunication providers. We typically are able to reduce our clients monthly telecom expenses by 15% to 20% at a minimum, not including refunds for billing errors.

Once the historical audit is complete C3 will manage all future telecom billings by directly disseminating each month bill via a EDI feed into our enterprise telecom billing analysis software.
