• Process Excellence facilitator for 3 work streams of the R&D Council Initiatives: CPD, PCD and DM alignment with GSO.
• Program manager for Darwin, the project aimed at identifying the change program needed to ensure the continued success of the Tibotec-Virco R&D organization.
• Received a Standards Of Leadership Award for interdependent partnering and mastering complexity in my role as program manager for project Magellan, investigating the impact of the intention to move the Mechelen site to Beerse.
• Project leader for project Gordian, a project which streamlined the overall planning process for the Global Virology Franchise through improved alignment of the strategic planning, business planning, portfolio management and goals & objectives setting processes.
• Process Leader for the Global Virology goals & objective setting process which includes setting up and review of the dashboard.
• Provided Process Excellence support to project Continuum, a project set up to define integrated processes over R&D, Commercial, Communications and Medical Affairs with regard to Internal Information & Data sharing, External Communications, and Medical Affairs Study Logistics in line with the philosophy of an integrated Global Virology organization.
• Internal change agent, acting as catalyst to embed the change model & business management principles in the way we run the company.
