Ken Kerber is the founder and principal of Kerber & Associates, a consulting firm focused on organizational change, team development, management workshops, and executive coaching. Clients include EMC Corporation, Avid Technology, Boston Scientific, Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Stryker Biotech, Dyax Corporation, TAC Worldwide Companies, MITRE Corporation, Camiant, Wells Fargo, MIT Lincoln Laboratory, Harvard Clinical Research Institute, and Cognex.
Ken has facilitated business meetings, delivered training, and presented professional research papers internationally including work in Canada, England, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Puerto Rico, Russia, and throughout the United States. Ken is also an adjunct faculty member in both the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts and the Masters in Communications Management Program at Simmons College in Boston.
Ken holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in psychology from Loyola University of Chicago. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology, the American Society for Training & Development, and the Society for Human Resource Management. Ken has published over 20 articles in a variety of professional journals. His most recent publication is "Enhancing Change Capacity: Client-Consultant Collaboration and Emergent Change" in the Italian journal Symphonya.
