Created and led the HR function for the Financial Services Lines of Business, a new $1.5B (revenue) strategic business unit with operations in North America and Europe. Accenture is the world’s leading provider of management and technology consulting services and solutions. Reported to the managing partners for each LOB and the VP of HR for the global market unit. Also, created and led the HR function for the Financial Services Solution Centers, a new $200M (revenue) technology practice and fundamentally new corporate business model. Accountable for all areas of HR, including recruiting, performance management, employee development planning and project staffing. Reported directly to the Managing Partner of the business unit.

Held senior HR business partner positions in the Wireless global market unit and in the company's R&D subsidiary.
