Oversee workforce planning, candidate recruitment, and select top talent for a range of positions from start-up and through continuous growth.
Overall Fiscal responsibilities for a $2.5 million operating department budget and a $5 million capital budget for software quality assurance support of 13 call centers throughout the United States. Manage to these budgets.
Recruit contract resources augmenting full time staff to successfully complete projects timely and within budget.
Present findings and act as a liaison with development to ensure recommendations were accepted and developed to develop an in-house WEB based application.
Creating and or updating process documentation for new and modified business processes and create documentation to support training for system users.

Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects for over 60 client companies.
Negotiate with contracting firms the rate and length of contract.
Build team atmosphere and maintain that management style.
