Mr. Price currently serves as Director of Project Finance for RIO Technical Services Inc., a Texas based developer of renewable fuels and other power projects. Mr. Price assists in sourcing equity and specialty debt for RIO's clients and projects. Mr. Price joined RIO in 2007 after 20 years in the banking and finance industries and has been instrumental in raising $40,000,000 in equity from “family funds” in Fort Worth & is now sourcing $300,000,000 in debt from specialty debt funds.

After entering the work force in 1987, Mr. Price was hired into the management training program for Comerica Bank and served in various roles including credit analyst and commercial banker. Mr. Price has extensive experience in commercial real estate lending, treasury management, investment banking, institutional/personal trust, private equity and other financial products. Later in his banking career at Frost National Bank, Mr. Price developed a portfolio of approximately $70,000,000 in credit relationships for Frost as well as marketed the bank’s investment banking services through Frost’s investment banking arm, Frost Securities, Inc.

In 1994, Mr. Price entered the automobile loan/lease business and later was hired by local investors to start up a sub-prime lease securitization firm. At First Lease Acceptance, LP he was responsible for establishing accounting and servicing software, hiring employees, establishing credit and operating policies and later successfully sourced a private placement on a $50 million asset backed securitization conduit.

Mr. Price holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a special emphasis on accounting. At Texas A&M he studied international finance, cultures, and business through summer study with the International Finance department in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and China.

Mr. Price lives in Fort Worth, Texas and enjoys shooting sports, fishing, golf, tennis and spending time with family and friends.
