Provide sales and technical sales support activities for managed data network and security products, professional services and network outsource capabilities to corporate executives, information technology and telecommunications managers.

Develop relationships with new and existing clients. Provide current needs analysis, complete technical solution design and presentation for local and remote data networking requirements including network circuits and premise network equipment. Provide post-sales training, implementation and project management services.

Responsible for location, evaluation, and enlistment of software companies as value-added resellers (VAR’s) for Intervoice’s Call Center/Contact Center products
Provide training and consulting services to VAR’s on best-practices implementation of real-time interface between their systems and the Intervoice system.
