I am a Labor Relations professional with more than 20 years experience. An experienced negotiator, I have represented companies using both the interest-based/mutual gains bargaining and more traditional approaches. Additionally, I serve as an advocate for employers in grievance and arbitration proceedings. Over my career I have consulted to and represented a wide variety of organizations ranging in size from small entrepreneurial to Fortune 100 companies. I managed labor and employee relations projects at two of the nations largest airlines as well as in a variety of other industries including; beverage, distribution, entertainment, food processing, health care, hospitality, manufacturing, retail and trucking.

While I now represent employers exclusively, I started my career working for a major AFL-CIO union, first as a union organizer, and later as a business agent. That experience has given me a unique perspective into the arena of labor and employee relations.
