After five years CIO of Cito (national test and assessment company) I changed job. I'm programme manager ICT and Research at SURFfoundation. Our goal is Open Access to Knowledge. In my programme SURFshare we develop and implement the infrastructure for sharing publications and research data. Look at www.narcis.info and www.hbo-kennisbank.nl for examples. On www.lorenet.nl we share learning materials for higher education. We are involved in European projects, as DRIVER and PEER and work together with the UK, Danmark, and Germany in Knowledge Exchange.
