My contribution to the Organisation is built on a foundation of thirty years of Human Asset Development experience gained in services and wholesale and retail sectors including the development, alignment, and delivery of many types of training which include management, operational and skills training programmes while consulting to many leaders in the Wholesale and Retail, Information Technology and Services sectors.

• In the Contact Centre Industry, while providing sales and professional services during the implementation of contact centre solutions designed to improve business processes, productivity and Human Asset development in those contact centres FNB, Sanlam, Old Mutual, MTN, ABSA, Uthingo, Vodacom, Telkom, Eskom, Sanlam
• In Wholesale and Retail while providing Training and Human Asset Development consulting services to Edcon, CNA, Western Province Cellars, Mica Hardware, Various Pharmaceutical Stores and Wholesalers, Toyota, Incredible Connection, and the National Defence Force
