I created this company a couple years ago to assist in teaching agents how to better run their contact management systems. It evolved into a full service Marketing and Technology consulting business where I now customize, build, implement, and then train my clients not only how to use the systems I have built for them, but also how to customize and take it to the next level. My expertise is with Top Producer Systems, including Top Producer 7i, Top Producer 8i, Top Producer Websites, Top Marketer, and the entire suite of Top Producer applications.

I have been a full-time licensed realtor for nearly 5 years now. I have worked along ad for some of the biggest names in the business. I have covered the gamut of real estate transactions dealing with leases, condo sales, single family resident sales, commercial sales, and new contruction development sales. Whether you are a first time home buyer, an experienced investor, or a developer I can, and have, deliver the highest quality of service.

I sum up success in real estate as simply building a good and trusting relationship with my clients, finding the right property/investment, and negotiating the best deal. It really is as simple as that. However, the last two pieces are really easy once the first, and most important, piece (building a good and trusting relationship) is acheived.
