Frank is the Executive Producer and Host of the nationally syndicated Entrepreneurial Excellence Radio Show. (www.EERadioShow.com) He incorporated his first business at the age of 18 while attending college at Syracuse University and an has been an entrepreneur ever since. He calls himself “unemployable” and has started, grown, run and sold several companies. Frank has learned the right things to do in business through his experience of doing many things wrong. His ability to understand his mistakes, learn from them and implement his corrections has been a key to his success. This, along with his inspirational communication style, is what allowed him to found his Consulting and Training firm and become one of the most sought after speakers in the USA, Europe and Asia.

ProActive has Licensed Associates conducting Entrepreneurial Development Programs in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. His company has worked with thousands of business owners and sales professionals around the world. Frank is the Executive Director (Franchise Owner) of BNI Hudson Valley (www.BNIHudsonValley.com). He brought BNI to the Hudson Valley area of New York in 1995.

Frank is the co-author of, Successful Business Networking, (Chandler House Press 1998) and a contributing author along with Stephen Covey, Jack Canfield, Jay Conrad Levinson, Dr. Ivan Misner, Zig Ziglar and Ken Blanchard to the Wall Street Journal & New York Times Best Seller, The Masters of Networking (Bard Press 2000). Currently Frank has 4 other books in the works. He’s written his own Business Development Column for the Westchester and Fairfield County Business Journals. He is an internationally acclaimed motivational speaker, trainer and CEO performance coach.

Frank Co-Produced the Legendary World of Golf television series on ESPN in 1985 with Emmy award winning producer Fred Raphael. He founded his first production company in 1986 and produced many regional and national commercials for companies such as: Ford Motor Co., Liberty Mutual Insurance, and programs for Weight Watchers Resorts & Spas and Marcy Fitness Products.

Frank is considered a Master Speaker and speaks professionals throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. He has received the honor of being one of the top 40 speakers in Europe and has had his presentations translated into French, German and Japanese. Frank’s speaking has brought him to Kuala Lumpur, Japan, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Ireland, Romania and throughout the United Kingdom. He has been speaking professionally since 1990 and his client list looks like the Fortune 1000. He is known as a dynamic, funny and content driven speaker. Frank has a B.S. Degree Speech Communications from the Visual and Performing Arts School at Syracuse University (1985). He enjoys reading, writing, meditation, boating and golf. Frank has been training and teaching traditional karate since he was 17 years old and now holds a 6th Degree Black Belt from Okinawa, Japan.
