I started my career as a Software development professional more than 20 years ago, as a fresher from NIIT after completing my B.Com (Hons.), the years gone by have helped me gather experience in developing & deploying business applications and administering major databases for business applications in the IT and user industry. In the due course of my career, I completed my MBA in Operations Management and gained practical experience in various other areas of the Information Technology Industry as well. Since 2004, I have been mainly involved in Software Support Services Industry, supporting major customers for the organisations I have been working with during this tenure. Specialties: Even though, I started as a Software Developer, today, my expertise revolves around managing Software Support Services.
