Wm. R. (Bill) Borden, J.D.,CAI, Broker..Auctioneer, IOFC Member, Bill’s undergrad degrees both are in the real estate his Doctorate of Jurisprudents has an emphasis on real estate. He holds the highest designation a Real Estate Auctioneer can hold, the CAI, the highest level of designation for the auction profession, a three year course of study at Indiana University. He has been in the real estate profession all of his life with the origins of his company found in his family’s real estate company established in 1939. Bill, originally from Kentucky, was the youngest licensed Broker in the Commonwealth at 19 years of age. Bill has sold commercial and residential real estate in Georgia and ALaska for over 30 years. in the 80’s Bill obtained Life Membership in the Million Dollar Club in fact having sold over six million dollars worth of real estate in just one month for several consecutive months. In 1989, Bill sold his real estate appraisal company, which at the time was the largest in Georgia, however still holds a Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License, the highest level of license in the appraisal profession.
