Our changing economy forces us to look at training and travel expenses! eLumenata, Inc. has been in distance learning for over 15 years, and virtual world learning for more than four years! We provide services supporting knowledge management, documentation management, and learning management. We develop e-learning courses and blended technology learning solutions that engage learners with strategically designed learning modules utilizing the best of accelerated learning principles and instructional design methodology. Our Accelerated Learning Approaches are relevant, immersive, and fun - thus, maximizing productivity outcomes. Virginia is an educational, training, and technology consultant. She has worked extensively in the corporate arena with major oil and chemical companies for over 18 years as a consultant, and with institutions of higher learning as a consultant and professor for 7 years. She is A.B.D. with a doctorate in Education, with areas of specialization in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Educational Research, and Instructional Systems Design. She is currently completing a Master's in Project Management. Virginia has served on the boards of Niftie, Inc. and HyperWindows, Inc. She was the president of HelixCentral.com for more than 2 years, and she was the President of Government Meetings, Inc. for 3 years. She has worked with Will Jones (formerly of MultiMate) as a design consultant for authoring software and as an instructional designer in the area of computer and web based training and virtual learning environments for 12 years. In April 2006, Virginia entered the virtual world of Second Life and created the avatar Xenon Darrow. She is now the owner of four sims, of a seven sim continent, dedicated to virtual world learning applications. Virginia invites her corporate clients to utilize her sims to explore the virtual universe. She is currently working on grants with colleges and universities.
