I will help you design, furnish and operate a commercial catering area, larger kitchen or restaurant. It's my responsibility to prepare and follow-up the requests for tender, make price calculations and respond to tenders, develop and manage the project plans with building contractors, architects and engineering bureaus. In 2007 I contributed as a project manager for major renovation and newly built locations with the European Parliament and Councel, the Departments of Defence, Foreign Affairs, Justice, State and the Treasury, several Schools, Hospitals and housing for senior citizens.
